The challenges

The biggest technical issue was the site’s poor performance, which was exacerbated by a Carding attack on their prior Magento 1 website. They also have a larger selection of categories and items. We’ve included fresh ideas to make them more user-friendly. We made a separate page for the brands they sold. So that users may quickly locate the things they require. With the addition of opayo 3D Secure, we have placed a greater emphasis on the security of user information.

Our approach

• To design the website more user friendly to find and purchase the products.
• Add a section to the homepage where customers can browse the website’s leading brands’ merchandise.
• Incorporate opayo payments with 3D secure version 2 provide secure payment transactions.
• Add a next day delivery timer to make it convenient for customers.

What we achieved

• We’ve added the Forgenix scan to the website to protect against carding attempts and keep consumer information safe.
• To make things clearer, we’ve provided the product name, description, and image, as well as suggestions while searching in the search bar.
